Meet Cori
As an HR professional with 18+ years of experience, I specialize in helping organizations navigate the people side of business. My career spans retail, heavy equipment dealerships, power generation, and the nonprofit sector, where I’ve focused on creating practical, people-first HR solutions that support both employees and business leaders.
I believe HR should be approachable and grounded in real-life expertise rather than just policies. I’m passionate about coaching leaders and building cultures that help both people and organizations thrive.
When I’m not working, I’m at home in North Dakota with my husband and our two dogs, Lily and Sage—the namesakes and inspiration for my consulting practice. 🐾💚
