Meet Cori
With more than 18 years of Human Resources experience, Cori has built her career helping employees, leaders, and organizations navigate the people side of business. Her experience spans a variety of industries, including retail, heaving equipment dealerships, power generation, and the nonprofit sector, giving her a practical understanding of the different challenges organizations and their people face.
Cori believes HR shouldn't feel intimidating or overly complicated. At it's best, HR is a trusted parter and advocate - helping leaders make thought decisions, supporting employees, and creating practical solutions that work for the organizations and its people.
Coaching and teaching have always been an important part of Cori's approach. She enjoys helping leaders build confidence, working through difficult employee situations, and h helping those responsible for HR better understand the why behind what they do - not simply handing them a policy or telling them what to do.
Cori created Lily & Sage Consulting to bring that same approach to organizations that may or may not have the HR resources they need. Whether an organization is building its HR foundation, navigating a challenging people issue, developing its leaders, or simply needs a trusted HR partner to call, Cori provides practical guidance and support to help them move forward with confidence.
